- Do you have Audi-specific diagnostic tools?
- Yes — VAG-spec equipment (VCDS-class) that reads every module on the car: engine, transmission, Quattro, MMI, airbag, comfort. Generic OBD-II readers miss most of what matters on a modern Audi.
- Can you do carbon cleaning in my driveway?
- Walnut blast carbon cleaning needs specific tooling and is sometimes more practical at a shop — we'll be straight with you about whether your car is a good candidate for the mobile version vs. the full shop version.
- Why does my Audi feel different in the morning than at temp?
- On TFSI engines that's often PCV or thermostat behavior; on Quattro models it can be transfer case fluid. A short mobile diagnostic visit usually narrows it down.
- Can you do Audi pre-purchase inspections?
- Yes, and it's one of the best uses of a PPI — Audis have specific known issues by engine and chassis. Quote-based; specialty platforms (RS-models, R8) quoted separately.
- Will mobile Audi repair void my factory or extended warranty?
- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have a qualified independent mechanic perform service without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OEM-spec parts so your records hold up.
- Where do you serve?
- Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wendell, and Rolesville. We come to your home, office, or wherever the Audi is sitting.
- How fast can you come out?
- Most Audi appointments are booked same-week, and we can often do batteries, diagnostics, and brake jobs sooner when the schedule allows. Call 919-675-AUTO or request a quote and we'll text back with a window.
- What's your warranty?
- 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor — whichever comes first. Same warranty whether we work on a base-model commuter or a flagship sport sedan.
