- How long does mobile car battery replacement take?
- Most jobs are 20–40 minutes in your driveway or parking lot, including the diagnostic. Registration on European vehicles adds a few minutes but doesn't require moving the car.
- Do I need to register my new battery?
- On most BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, and Porsche vehicles built in the last 10–15 years, yes — the charging system needs to know the battery is new so it charges it correctly. Skipping registration shortens the new battery's life. We have the scan tools to do it on-site.
- What if the battery isn't the problem?
- Our diagnostic covers the alternator and starting system too. If the alternator is failing, we'll tell you before you spend on a battery that'll just die again in weeks. If the diagnostic points elsewhere, we credit the diagnostic time toward the actual repair.
- Do you cover roadside dead-battery calls?
- Within the Triangle service area, yes — if your car is safely parked. We're not a jump-start service (AAA is faster and cheaper for that); we come out when you want the battery actually replaced so you're not calling for a jump again next morning.
- Where do you serve?
- Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wendell, and Rolesville.
- What's your warranty?
- 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor — whichever comes first.
