- Is mobile auto repair really as good as a brick-and-mortar shop?
- For most repairs, it's the same work with better access — we use the same scan tools, the same OE-grade parts, and the same diagnostic process a good independent shop uses. The honest exception: jobs that need a lift (alignments, full exhaust work, transmission rebuilds, frame work) genuinely need a shop, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
- What can't you do in a driveway?
- Alignments (need a rack), transmission work, A/C system service, routine oil changes, frame straightening, full exhaust replacement on some platforms, and tire mounting / balancing. Everything else — brakes, batteries, alternators, starters, suspension components, cooling-system work (radiators, hoses, thermostats, water pumps), diagnostics, oil leak repair, and most engine work — we do at your home or office across Garner.
