- Are Jaguars really that bad?
- Not bad — specific. Modern Jaguars (post-2010) are well-engineered cars with known maintenance items. If you stay ahead of the timing components, water pump, and ATF service, they're often more reliable than their reputation suggests.
- Do you have Jaguar-specific scan tools?
- Yes — JLR-aware diagnostic equipment that reads modules a generic OBD-II reader can't see (transmission, air suspension, body control, infotainment). That's the only way to properly diagnose a modern Jaguar.
- Can you do supercharger service?
- Yes — including snout bearing inspection, intercooler pump replacement, and routine service. Internal supercharger rebuild sometimes goes to a specialist shop; we'll tell you when that's warranted.
- Will it be cheaper than the dealer?
- Almost always — and faster to schedule. Independent shops save you most on labor; parts savings depend on whether OEM-equivalent is acceptable for the job. We'll show you both options before we book.
- Will mobile Jaguar repair void my factory or extended warranty?
- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have a qualified independent mechanic perform service without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OEM-spec parts so your records hold up.
- Where do you serve?
- Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wendell, and Rolesville. We come to your home, office, or wherever the Jaguar is sitting.
- How fast can you come out?
- Most Jaguar appointments are booked same-week, and we can often do batteries, diagnostics, and brake jobs sooner when the schedule allows. Call 919-675-AUTO or request a quote and we'll text back with a window.
- What's your warranty?
- 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor — whichever comes first. Same warranty whether we work on a base-model commuter or a flagship sport sedan.
