- Yes — XENTRY-class equipment that reads every module. That matters on a Mercedes because most faults — body, comfort, AIRMATIC, 4MATIC — never show on a generic OBD-II reader.
- Are you cheaper than Leith / Hendrick Mercedes?
- Almost always. We don't carry dealer overhead and we bill actual labor time rather than dealer book time. Bigger savings on labor than on parts; we use OE-spec parts and the same fluids the dealer uses.
- Can you do Mercedes 60k / 80k / Service A / Service B work?
- Yes — and we'll tell you which line items are actually due vs. dealer-package padding. Most of the services in those bundles are mobile-friendly, and we use the correct manufacturer-spec consumables.
- Can you do Mercedes pre-purchase inspections?
- Yes — Mercedes PPIs by quote. AMG and high-trim S-class / G-class are sometimes quoted separately because the inspection takes longer.
- Will independent service void my factory or extended warranty?
- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to use a qualified independent mechanic without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OE-spec parts so your records hold up.
