- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to use a qualified independent mechanic without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OE-spec parts so your records hold up.
- Are you cheaper than the dealer?
- Almost always — because we don't carry dealer overhead and we don't upsell. Bigger savings on labor than on parts; we use OE or OE-equivalent parts and bill the actual labor it takes, not a padded book time.
- Do you have brand-specific diagnostic tools?
- Yes — VAG (VCDS-class), BMW (ISTA-class), Mercedes (XENTRY-class), Porsche (PIWIS-style). Generic OBD-II readers can't see most of what matters on a modern European car: comfort modules, transmission adaptations, coding-level faults, manufacturer-specific live data.
- Can you do European pre-purchase inspections?
- Yes — mobile PPI by quote. Specialty platforms (Porsche GT cars, AMG, RS-models, Land Rover) are sometimes quoted separately because the inspection takes longer.
- Where do you serve?
- Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wendell, and Rolesville.
- What's your warranty?
- 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor — whichever comes first.
