- Do you have VCDS / VAG-COM equipment?
- Yes — VAG-spec diagnostic tools that read every module. Generic OBD-II readers miss most of what matters on a modern Audi: transmission adaptations, Quattro behavior, MMI fault codes, comfort module logs.
- Are you cheaper than Audi Cary / Audi Raleigh?
- Almost always — no dealer overhead, no padded book time, no service-package bundling. Bigger savings on labor than on parts; we use OE-spec parts and the correct manufacturer-spec fluids.
- Can you do DSG service in my driveway?
- Yes for most platforms — DSG fluid and filter service is a mobile-friendly job that takes under two hours on most cars. We follow the manufacturer-spec drain-and-fill procedure with the correct DSG-spec ATF.
- Can you do Audi pre-purchase inspections?
- Yes — Audi PPIs by quote. RS-models and high-trim platforms are sometimes quoted separately because the inspection takes longer.
- Will independent service void my factory or extended warranty?
- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to use a qualified independent mechanic without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OE-spec parts so your records hold up.
- Where do you serve?
- Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wendell, and Rolesville.
- What's your warranty?
- 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor — whichever comes first. Same warranty whether we're working on a base-trim sedan or a flagship sport car.
