- Will going to an independent mechanic void my factory or extended warranty?
- No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to use a qualified independent without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done correctly and to spec. We document everything and use OE-spec parts so your records hold up.
- Are you really cheaper than the dealer?
- Almost always — biggest savings on labor (no dealer overhead, no padded book time), meaningful savings on parts (same OE-spec suppliers, fair markup). On a typical brake job, fluid service, or alternator replacement, the difference is real.
- Can you do manufacturer-recommended service like 60k or 100k miles?
- Yes — and we'll tell you which line items on the dealer service-menu are actually due vs. padding. Most scheduled maintenance is very mobile-friendly.
- What brands do you work on?
- Most makes — including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Jaguar, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, Ford, GM / Cadillac, Subaru, Tesla (PPIs and service we're equipped for), Mazda, Nissan, Infiniti. Dedicated marque pages cover the deep-dives.
